Preorder Terms

You are backing the first production run. NUMBNUTS is taking preorders for a focused launch offer: one boxer with a 100% merino wool body and centred merino-wool sleeve, a natural-rubber waistband and two reusable cooling inserts. No case, guide or extra accessories are bundled.

Target dispatch

We are targeting dispatch in November 2026, subject to final production confirmation, quality checks and fulfilment readiness. This is a target, not a guarantee that every order will leave on that date. If timing materially changes, we will email you before fulfilment with the revised position and your options.

Payment

Nothing is taken when you choose our charge-later preorder option. At checkout we securely save your payment method and show nothing due today for that preorder item; any other items follow their own checkout payment terms. The current scheduled billing date is 30 November 2026. Payment is collected before fulfilment, and your order ships once payment is complete. The billing date is not a guaranteed dispatch date. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

If the charge does not go through when your order is ready, we will email you to update your payment details. Your order ships once payment is complete.

Earlier pre-orders, and any checkout that showed the full amount due today, were paid at checkout. Those stay fully refundable until they ship.

Cancel before fulfilment

You can cancel for any reason before your order is fulfilled. If you have not been charged yet, we cancel it and nothing is taken. If you have already been charged, you get a full refund. Email hello@numbnutsclub.com with your order number and checkout email.

After delivery

Our 60-day first-pair guarantee applies only to your first cooling bundle: one boxer and two reusable cooling inserts, from delivery. It does not cover boxer-only three-packs, which follow the other change-of-mind return terms in our Refunds & Cancellations policy. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Use the cooling bundle as directed: keep the insert inside the sleeve, never apply an activated insert directly to skin and do not sleep while using it.

Published research on heat, fabric and the male body explains why NUMBNUTS exists. It is not a promise of a fertility, sperm-count or medical outcome from this product.
