Safety & Use Limits

NUMBNUTS is a thermal-comfort product. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent infertility or any other condition.

Use only as supplied

Use the finished consumer product only with the instructions supplied with your order. Do not use a prototype, sample or insert that was not supplied for consumer use.

Activated insert use

• Keep the activated insert fully inside the centred cooling sleeve. Never apply it directly to skin.
• Do not use while sleeping.
• Stop immediately if you feel pain, burning, prolonged numbness or see an unexpected skin change.
• People with reduced temperature sensation, impaired circulation or a relevant medical condition should ask a qualified clinician before use.
• Keep inserts away from children and pets.

Inspect before every use

Do not use an insert that is punctured, leaking, swollen, split, misshapen or otherwise damaged. If contents contact skin or eyes, remove the product, rinse the affected area with clean water and follow the final safety sheet supplied with the product. Contact hello@numbnutsclub.com and retain the insert for investigation if safe to do so.

Reset and reuse

Use only the exact reset method stated in the final instructions supplied with your order. Do not microwave, puncture, boil, freeze or otherwise heat or cool an insert unless that specific method is expressly stated in those instructions. NUMBNUTS will publish the verified reset method only after production validation.

Natural-rubber waistband

The garment has a centred merino-wool sleeve and a natural-rubber waistband. This may be relevant to people with a known natural-rubber or latex sensitivity. Do not use the product if the final material labelling indicates an allergen that affects you.

Heat environments and duration

Do not use the product in a sauna, hot tub or other extreme-heat environment unless the final production instructions expressly permit that use. Follow the stated wear window and removal instructions supplied with the finished product; do not extend the session because the insert still feels cool.
