First production run. Tracked delivery. NUMBNUTS orders leave only after the launch product has passed final production and quality checks.

Target dispatch window

We are targeting dispatch in November 2026, subject to final production confirmation and fulfilment readiness. Payment for the current charge-later preorder is scheduled for 30 November 2026 and collected before fulfilment under your checkout consent. This is a billing date, not a guaranteed dispatch date. When your order leaves, we email tracking to the address used at checkout.

What ships

Your order contains the products selected at checkout. The cooling bundle contains one boxer with a 100% merino wool body and centred merino-wool sleeve, a natural-rubber waistband and two reusable cooling inserts. The boxer-only three-pack contains three same-size merino-body boxers with natural-rubber waistbands, without inserts. Neither physical option includes a case or extra accessories.

Shipping price

We currently deliver to the UK, US and Australia. Shipping is free on orders of US$55 or more, or the local-currency equivalent shown at checkout. Below that threshold, the exact shipping charge is shown before payment.

International orders

Available destinations and final shipping charges are shown at checkout. Local import taxes or duties can vary by destination and may be collected separately by the carrier or local authority.

Address changes

Email hello@numbnutsclub.com as soon as possible with your order number. We can change an address only before fulfilment begins.

Delays or delivery problems

If production timing materially changes, we will update you before fulfilment. If tracking shows a delivery problem, email us and we will investigate it with the carrier.
