NUMBNUTS is currently sold as a founder pre-order, with kits estimated to dispatch in September 2026. You can cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships and receive a full refund, no questions asked. Just email us at hello@numbnutsclub.com with your order number.
Once your kit arrives, you have 60 nights to live with it. If you do not love how it feels, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will refund you in full. You do not need a special reason.
Email hello@numbnutsclub.com with your order number and we will guide you through the next steps. For hygiene reasons, please follow the return instructions we provide. Where a return is required, we will share the return address once your request is approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
If anything arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
