This policy explains how and when NUMBNUTS orders are shipped.
NUMBNUTS is currently available as a founder pre-order. Reserving now locks your founder price and your place in the first production run. Kits are estimated to dispatch in September 2026. You are charged when you order so we can hold your price and your spot, and you can cancel any time before your kit ships for a full refund.
UK checkout uses GBP. Shipping charges and the free-shipping threshold are converted from the USD amounts above; your final rate is shown at checkout.
We ship to the United States and to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, email hello@numbnutsclub.com and we will do our best to help.
Once kits are in stock, orders are dispatched in the order they were placed and you will receive tracking by email. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days within the United States and longer for international destinations, depending on the carrier and your location.
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
